Harbour Island – Gordons Bay

This was a full Construction Project Management project for a client that lives in America.

We got involved from day one. The first draft plans from the architect was finished when we met with the client. We had in depth meetings to discuss the plans and made changes as required from the client. Once the plans were perfect it was sent for approval. After approval the costings were done which included literally every item needed for this project. Manor Homes was appointed as the builder and the construction process started.

Weekly meetings and quality assurance processes throughout the project made it not only a success, but also gave the client the assurance that we could be trusted to deliver. Weekly feedback with timeline and budget updates were also communicated to the client that was absent. We acted on behalf of the client and met with the builder on a weekly basis on site and monthly for the budget update.

This method of project Management gave the client that was absent piece of mind, because we looked after their project as if it was our own. We took full responsibility to ensure that the client expectations were met. Photos were sent to the client to keep him in the loop and also to see his dream house developing from only a plan on paper to in the end the dream house that they wanted and much more.

During the construction phases we had numerous challenges while building, but with experience we overcame all of them.

We became close friends and we are already busy planning the next project.
